| PROCEEDS | All proceeds will be directed to World Vision to fund the relief efforts for the children. HIV/AIDS Crisis-The Statistics Every 14 seconds a child is orphaned due to HIV/AIDS. There are currently 14 million orphans due to HIV/AIDS. By 2010, the crisis is estimated to leave 25 million children orphaned. 22 Million people have already died; one in four of them were children. More than 90% of those living with HIV/AIDS are in developing countries. |

| COURSE DESCRIPTION | This event begins on McGregor Blvd at New Hope Presbyterian Church and heads north along McGregor Blvd. and returns to New Hope Presbyterian Church. |

| COURSE RESTRICTIONS | McGregor Blvd. will be closed for 30 minutes after that you will be asked to run on the sidewalk. |

| PARKING | Parking will be available at the church and the surrounding neighborhoods. |

| HEAT WARNING | Temperatures/humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants should drink plenty of fluids (non- alcoholic) for 48 hours prior to, during and upon finishing the race. Beware of heat-injury symptoms (dizziness, no sweating, nausea, cramps, redness, incoherent speech and thoughts). Seek immediate assistance if symptoms occur. Wear loose, light-colored clothing. |

| CHIP TIMMING | This event is being timed with the AMB Chip timing system. All chips MUST be returned to the volunteers at the finishline or you will be billed for $80.00. |
