| DIRECTIONS TO THE EVENT | THIS YEAR WE WILL BE LOCATED AT CENTENNIAL PARK. Take I-75 to exit 141 (Palm Beach Blvd). Go west toward town. Stay on Palm Beach Blvd. for approximately 4.8 miles to where Palm Beach Blvd. becomes Bay Street. Continue to Heitman Street, Turn right towards the river, turn left into Centennial Park. |

| COURSE DESCRIPTION | Run along the streets of downtown Fort Myers that are lined with 200,000 (est.) cheering specators. This is a flat & fast course that has had an American Open Record and Masters World Record run on it. This year's course will be on a USATF certified course. | TEAM REGISTRATION & RULES: | Teams must have one captain to turn in all team entries and verify all members are assigned to the team on race day. All teams must have a unique Team Name and fill in the division on the application. All Teams must have at least 3 members but not more than 5 members. All Team members must be of the same gender. Top three runners for each team will determine the winner, based on cumulative time. Tiebreaker will be the third place fastest time. A runner can only compete for one team. School teams cannot enter if they are an official school running team. Team runners are eligible for the regular awards also. |

| HEAT WARNING | Temperatures/humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants should drink plenty of fluids (non- alcoholic) for 48 hours prior to, during and upon finishing the race. Beware of heat-injury symptoms (dizziness, no sweating, nausea, cramps, redness, incoherent speech and thoughts). Seek immediate assistance if symptoms occur. Wear loose, light-colored clothing. |
