22nd Annual Winona Classic Triathlon

Camp Winona - DeLeon Springs, Florida

FROM I-95: take Exit 268: Rt.40 West from Ormond Beach 17 miles to Lake Winona Road [signs on road]; 2.5 miles to camp entrance.

FROM I-4: take Exit 114 (Rt.472) to DeLand on US 17-92; turn left on 15A for 7 miles to US 17. Left on 17, past DeLeon Springs, to Lake Winona Road [signs on road] 3 miles to camp entrance.

Begins  8 AM with accurate 1/4 mile swim in Lake Winona; followed by a 3.1 mile run over country roads and concludes with a 14.6 mile cycle segment through  rural DeLeon Springs

* Wet suits will be permitted although water temp is expected to be about 74
